We start with survival.
Because survival is where most people are still living — even if no one else can see it.
You wake up.
You move through the day.
You handle what needs to be handled.
You carry pain, stress, memories, or exhaustion that most people around you never fully understand.
And still…
You keep going.
That’s survival.
Not dramatic.
Not loud.
Not always visible.
But powerful.
This week, we are going to talk about survival — not just as a word, but as something your body, your mind, and your heart have lived through.
We’ll talk about what survival feels like.
What it does to your body.
How exhaustion builds.
Why numbness happens.
Why safety feels unfamiliar sometimes.
Not to overwhelm you…
But to help you understand yourself.
Because once you understand survival —
you stop blaming yourself for what your body did just to keep you alive.
And maybe, for the first time…
You’ll see your survival not as weakness —
but as strength.
