Daily Dose — Survival: Day 1

Survival isn’t just something you did — it’s something your body remembers.
There were moments in your life when you didn’t have the luxury to fall apart. No time to cry. No time to have the nervous breakdown you deserved. You kept moving because survival demanded it.
Your nervous system learned how to protect you — fight, flee, shut down, or push through. Not because you were weak…But because you were strong enough to keep going when everything inside you wanted to stop.
But hear this clearly:
Survival was never meant to be your permanent home.
You were built to live, not just endure. And the fact that you are still here today means something inside you refused to give up — even when it would have been easier to surrender.
Today is not about fixing everything.
Today is about recognizing what you survived…And honoring the strength it took to still be standing.
You survived. And that matters.
You don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
You don’t have to walk this part alone.
