How much are you carrying right now?
Not in your hands… but in your mind… your chest…your shoulders.
Responsibilities. Expectations. Other people’s needs. Other people’s worries. Other people’s problems.

And somewhere along the way… you became the one everyone counts on.
The dependable one. The strong one. The one who figures it out. The one who holds everything together when everything else starts falling apart.
And at first… it didn’t feel heavy. Because helping feels natural to people like you.
Being strong feels necessary. Holding things together feels like responsibility.
So you carried more. And more. And more.
Until one day…you realized you weren’t just helping anymore.
You were holding everything.
Everyone’s worries. Everyone’s expectations. Everyone’s needs.
And somewhere inside all of that… your own needs got quieter.
Not gone. Just pushed aside.
Because there was always something else that mattered more.
And now…you feel the weight of it.
Not just physically…but emotionally.
That deep heaviness that doesn’t go away with sleep.
That pressure that follows you into every room…every conversation…every quiet moment.
But hear this clearly:
You didn’t become exhausted because you were weak. You became exhausted because you carried too much for too long.
And carrying everything was never supposed to be your job alone.
Not forever. Not without relief.
Not without rest.
Today's step is simple: Notice what you are carrying that was never meant to be yours alone.
Not fixing it today. Not solving it today. Just noticing the weight.
Because relief doesn’t begin when everything is finished.
Relief begins when you finally admit how heavy it has been.
And tonight…when the day starts to close…
Relief is waiting.
So, come here… sit with me awhile…
