How long have you been tired?

Not just physically…but deep in your bones…the kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix.


At first, you told yourself it was temporary. Just a busy week. Just a rough season.

Just one more thing to get through.

But days turned into weeks. Weeks turned into months.



And somewhere along the way… tired became your normal.


You kept showing up. You kept doing what had to be done. You kept carrying responsibilities, expectations, and burdens — even when your body whispered, "Slow down."


And maybe now… you don’t even remember what it feels like to feel rested.

Not just rested in your body —but rested in your mind…your spirit…your heart.

That kind of exhaustion builds slowly… quietly…day after day.


And the strongest people —the ones everyone depends on —are often the ones who carry it the longest.


But today… before you push forward again… notice something: You are tired.


Do not confuse exhaustion with weakness.

Do not confuse needing rest with failure.


And that truth…doesn’t make you weak.

It makes you human.


Today’s step is simple:

Notice your exhaustion — without judging yourself for it.

Not fixing it. Not hiding it. Not pushing past it.

Just noticing.

Because the first step toward rest…is admitting that you need it.
