Private 1 on 1 Phone Companionship sessions are more than conversations- they are a place of calm and connection. Whether you're moving through grief, loneliness, stress, or simply the weight of everyday life, you will have someone to listen, support you, and walk beside you with compassion, patience and genuine warmth This session offers a quiet space to talk openly, feel heard, without judgment, and begin to find clarity - one conversation at a time.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions with Carolyn’s Guiding Light are non-refundable because your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and includes preparation and individualized planning completed in advance of your session. Once an appointment is booked, that time is unavailable to another client and preparation for your session begins. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not result in a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Carolyn’s Guiding Light provides emotional support and coaching services only and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if the client’s needs exceed the scope of services offered or if safety concerns arise.
